We regret, but the Main House is unsuitable for children under 10 years.

Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

40% deposit ( non- refundable) required at time of reservation. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival Your reservation will be confirmed in writing.

Occupancy higher than number of beds is not allowed.

All householdlinens are supplied free of charge.
Laundry room available after prior arrangement.

We would consider your well behaved pets after prior agreement.

The houses are equipped with a starterkit of the most necessary items.

First basket of firewood is complementary.

On departure the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the rubbish sorted and stored as per instructions.

Non-compliance will incur an additional charge of € 50.00

ELECTRICITY AND OIL ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERREADING.

A damage deposit of € 100 will be charged for Rock Cottage 1 at time of arrival. This will be refunded by Credit Card after your departure, if the house was left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage was found. Damage done by pets are the pet owners responsibility.

General:

By placing a reservation and confirming with credit card details, the customer gives authorisation to have his/her card charged with the mentioned fees.
Objections to this have to be notified at time of reservation.

The proprietor of Rock Cottage may terminate occupancy, if terms and conditions are not complied with. The proprietor or employees of Rock Cottage shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons weather arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at common law ( incl. any negligence of the proprietor , their servants or agents or in any way whatsoever.) The exclusion of the implied terms contained in section 39 Sale of Goods act and supply of services act 1980 is subset to the provisions of section 40 of said act. In the event of breech of contract on the part of the proprietor of Rock Cottage howsoever arising any loss and or damages, incl. consequential loss sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the renter to the proprietor of Rock Cottage. We cannot be responsible for any loss/damage to valuables or personal property and recommend, that you take out your own adequate travel insurance.
